Mon papi de Thaïlande / My thai grandpa

C'est mon papi thaïlandais. Il est fou de moi et je dois dire...qu'il a bien raison!

Un de ces jours, je vous montrerai une photo de mon papi français, qui malheureusement a disparu 7 ans avant ma naissance. Mais je sûr que, de là où il est, il veille sur moi, me protège et rigole de mes bêtises!

He's my thai Grandpa. He's crazy about me and I must say...he's completely right!

On of these days, I'll show you a pic of my french Grandpa who unfortunately passed away 7 years before I was born. But I'm sure that, from where he is now, he cares about me and protect me, and laugh when I make unforgiven things...

Et je fais quoi, moi, avec le Roi? / What I can think about the King?

Je suis à la fois thaïlandais et français. Chez les uns, on vénère le Roi, chez les autres, on lui coupe la tête...facile pour savoir ce que je dois faire!

En attendant, me voilà en Thaïlande habillé en jaune le lundi pour rendre hommage au Roi de ce pays. Le jaune est la couleur du lundi, le Roi est né un lundi, le jaune est donc la couleur du Roi.

Et depuis la célébration de ses 60 ans de règne, en juin 2006, tous les lundis, presque tous les
thaïs s'habillent en jaune...

I'm half thai half french. The firsts worship their King, the others cut his head...easy to know what I'm supposed to do!

But before have any opinion, here I am in Thailand dressed in yellow to pay tribute to the King. Yellow is moday color, King was born on monday, yellow is so color of the King.

Since his 60 years of reign celebration, in june 2006, all mondays, almost all of thai people dress in yellow...

Nouveau lit, nouvelle chambre... / New bed, new room

A peine rentrés de notre mois de vacances, mes parents ont décidé de me faire dormir dans ma propre chambre, et dans un vrai lit, et plus dans mon berceau dans leur chambre.

J'ai dit que j'étais OK à condition:

- d'avoir une télé dans la chambre.
- de pouvoir y inviter qui je veux (surtout des filles...).
- de pouvoir me coucher à l'heure que je veux.

Les réponses de mes parents ont été:

Mes parents ont pris l'habitude de me faire des cadeaux...comment dire...un peu spéciaux! Par exemple, alors que je n'avais sorti que 2 malheureuses dents, ils m'ont offert en juillet ma première brosse à dents.

Bon, je sais que l'hygiène dentaire est importante (ça, j'ai l'impression que mes parents ne vont pas tarder à commencer à me le rabacher nuits et jours...) et que la mauvaise haleine peut être due aux résidus de nourriture coincés entre les dents mais bon, entre mes deux ratiches, que voulez-vous que j'y coince???
